David Edmund-Jones is a highly creative photojournalist with extensive experience across a wide range of photo disciplines. He has had the pleasure of working alongside some of the best photographers in the business, producing images for magazines, clients and sponsors worldwide.
Whilst still undertaking long term commissions, David now devotes much of his time to passing on his knowledge via various workshops and tutorials.
Had it not been for the impact of the Covid-19 virus we would have been hosting a number of workshops over the past couple of years – some photo walkabouts lasting a few hours, others over a couple of days in glorious photogenic locations around the country.
All were specifically designed to offer an excellent way to improve camera craft, create inspiring images and generally have more fun with your camera.
All ‘workshops’ are based on small groups of 3-4 to ensure maximum contact time or strict one-to-one for Photo Buddies.
Whether it is capturing the moment, producing stunning landscapes or simply upping your game overall, there is bound to be a workshop just for you (or a group of friends or family!)
With the pandemic hopefully under control, we have spent a considerable time appraising our offerings and have decided to focus (excuse the pun) on workshops closer to home.
So, for 2022 we will be concentrating on locations throughout East Anglia, Norfolk Broads and North Norfolk.

David is a self-taught, highly creative, media driven photographer. For many years in the highly competitive freelance environment David’s main focus was action sport for magazines, sponsors and commercial clients. In this pre-digital, Kodachrome film era, David mastered the art of creating artistic images with a unique perspective.
In more recent times, with the knowledge he has gained over the years, he now enjoys turning his hand to other genres.
